At Blue Door Construction, we only install high-quality uPVC windows and doors sourced from trusted suppliers. Your new windows and doors come with comprehensive coverage from both the product manufacturers and Blue Door as the installer.

Profile warranty:

15-year warranty from VEKA (profile manufacturer)
Covers material defects
Covers UV degradation
Covers structural integrity

Hardware warranty:

5-year Siegenia hardware warranty
Covers mechanical operation
Covers corrosion resistance
Covers locking mechanism

Glass warranty:

10-year warranty from Metro Glass on double and triple glazing units
Metro Glass will supply replacement units if defects occur. Blue Door will coordinate the replacement at no additional cost, with the warranty on the re-supplied units extended for a further 10 years from delivery

Installation warranty (Workmanship guarantee):

Covers installation issues
Covers weathertightness
Covers proper operation

What’s NOT covered:

Damage from accidents/impacts
Damage from modifications
Damage from improper use
Normal wear and tear
